The PAM S-series punching machine with single pin punching tools is designed to punch holes into green ceramic tapes. Both carrier film tape and freestanding tape can be used. The machine is designed for small to medium production volumes with high flexibility.
Up to four or up to eight different tools can be installed to punch four or eight different hole types. The punching table is driven by high speed servo motors via high precision ball screws, with high resolution table position control. A vacuum frame holds the sheet during punching.
